We specialize in wedding groups and offer the best possible discounts for our clients. We created a "Bride Fly's Free" program specifically designed to assist the bride and groom with the cost of their travel plans.  With a minimum of 15 passengers (air/hotel) Unforgettable Honeymoons will offer a free airline ticket for the bride. (another family member may be substituted)   In addtition, with 30 passengers we will include a free airline ticket for the groom!   
 
We will also offer special ammenities with each group.... Complimentary room upgrades, spa credits, tours and gifts.  Please ask for details.

SERVICES WE OFFER..COMPLIMENTARY
We have planned hundreds of destination weddings and will make your wedding plans stress and worry-free!  Just complete our wedding questionaire and leave the rest to us.
(please call our office with your fax number or address)    We will:

  • Contact the resort on your behalf to arrange wedding date, time and location (saving you costly overseas phone calls).
  • Document delivery- Just send us the necessary documents so that we can deliver them free of charge to the resort.
  • Create a wedding announcement/invitation:  We will custom design an invitation that can be emailed to your friends and family.  The invitation will include package rates and wedding information.
  • Your friends and family r.s.v.p. to us!
  • You won't have to worry about the phone ringing constantly with questions and concerns from friends and family.  Our invitation has an r.s.v.p. section that enables them to email us or call toll free to discuss the travel and wedding details.
  • Pre book your reception, rehearsal dinner and activities. We will contact the hotel on your behalf to set up everything in advance!

Wedding Coordinators-
Naomi, Tameka and Nadine will handle all of the details for you upon arrival. Just one meeting and you'll be at ease knowing an experienced, calm professional will be overseeing your wedding day.  Before you arrive we will be in contact with your coordinator on your behalf  to iron out your requests and the details of your dream wedding.
 
Minister/Celebrant-
A non denominational ceremony is performed. It takes about 15-20 minutes.
You can choose to say your own vows, read a poem or a bible verse.  Let us know what you would like to change or add.
 
Bridal Bouquet and Boutinerre-
Gorgeous tropical flowers will be arranged perfectly for your bouquet.
Extra bouquets will be available for your brides maids upon arrival - (optional).
 
Wedding Cake-
Beautiful 2 tier wedding cake complete with floral decoration...choose from a traditonal Jamaican filling or a white filling.  Cake serves just two, or a group of 40! 
 
Two half hour massages-
Relax before or after the wedding with two 30 minute massages
at the beautfiul Couples spa!

Guest passes and wedding times:
There is a day pass charge of US $75.00 per person for wedding guests staying off property.
* Day Pass:  9:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Evening Pass: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am.
* Weddings are performed Monday -Saturday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Requirements:

* Identification papers:

Notarized copies of your birth certificate AND passport or driver's license OR a notarized copy of your passport.  Notarized written parental consent if under 21.  Notarized proof of divorce, or notarized copy of death certificate for widow/widower (if applicable). Adoption papers if applicable.  The couple is required to be on property at least Two Full Business Days in advance in order to finalize wedding arrangements and apply for a marriage license.  One Government Working Day is needed to apply for a marriage license.  All documentation is to be sent to the following address (listed by property) by courier and must be received at the applicable resort 30 days prior to arrival.
